Hello Everyone, 

Today’s a new day and so this means a new video. Today I’m going to cover the topic “Who is dictating the terms of your existence.” The responsibility of your existence is actually yours and you need to take ownership of that and you need to be conscious of how you are spending your time in your world.

Often people are being dictated to by others, they are being projected onto by having other people’s opinions projected onto them, their belief systems and feeling prescribed to by others. The only one that can actually stop that is you. You need to be able to recognize when you are being manipulated by others, when you are being intimidated by others or prescribed to by others because at the end of your life’s journey you cannot turn around and blame anybody else because you didn’t spend you life in a way that felt honouring and respectful of yourself. That was your journey, that was your job and it was your responsibility.

Sometimes in our world we find that we have people that don’t really contribute to our existence in a meaningful way but we allow ourselves to tolerate them because we feel obliged to them, duty or honour bound to them, we feel like we owe them something or feel indebted to them so we need to look at that, recognize it and deal with it.

Some people in our world are actually toxic – they undermine us, degrade us, minimize us or even fob us off at times and makes us feel like we are not important. They don’t hear us, they don’t regard us, they don’t respect us and unless you tell them that that is how you are feeling they don’t know. I often say that no one in this world is a mind reader so you have to deal with it and address it and let then know how you feel.

I also say that all relationships so that includes the relationship with each and every person in your world and of course it also includes your career and your relationship with anything really. If there is no return on your investment because within a friendship or relationship, you are investing your time, your energy and your personal resources and unless there is some form of return on your investment, otherwise your investment actually has no value so you need to look at your statement of abe very happy tng dictated to by others, they are being projected onto by having other people’s opinions projected onto them, their belief systems and feeling prescribed to by others. This is a little bit like a bank balance when you are investing money into a bank account, if every time you look at your bank statement there is just the amount of money you put in there is no return on it, it is pointless investing in that bank. You have the choice of what you can do – you can either go to see the bank manager and tell him how you are feeling that there is something wrong here or you can close your account and open up another account. It is the same with friendships – very often we can find ourselves in a friendship or relationship with people that are just takers.

They don’t know how to give and we can tend to be over givers and what this creates is that we tend to under receive. When we give too much we tend to get too little. The only one that can stop that from happening is you because you are the one that is monitoring it. You are the one that knows what is happening so you need to be the one to take responsibility for addressing that and making changes so that you can feel that the people in your world and whatever is happening in your world, your career or whatever it is is actually contributing to your existing in a meaningful way.

At the end of the day when you are very on to it, aware of it and conscious of it this helps you to make those changes and adjustments which ultimately brings in peace, loving relationships and it also brings in joy and that is ultimately what we are all looking for in our lives is joy. We want to feel joyful – full of joy. We can’t live in joy because joy is not a frequency that we can reside in but it is a frequency that we can connect to on a regular basis and that is what you want to be able to do – connect into joy on a regular basis.
